High-content imaging zur Identifikation von Replikationsfehlern

Abstract

Dysregulation of DNA-licensing is a hallmark for hereditary diseases,
as well as for the development of tumour cells. Here we show how the
combination of high-content imaging (HCI) with highly specific anti-
bodies from Proteintech allows deeper insights into the timing of
replication licensing following the loading of specific markers onto the
DNA. Similar to flow cytometry, HCI can be used to investigate large
quantities of cells whilst adding crucial structural information.
