Die Länge spezifscher Ubiquitinketten beeinfusst ihre Erkennung

The attachment of differently linked ubiquitin (Ub) chains of varying length to proteins is a prevalent posttranslational modificationin
eukaryotic cells. We established an affinityenrichment approach for the identificationof linkage and lengthselective ubiquitin binding
proteins and could show that in addition to the linkage, the length of a Ub chain is an important determinant for Ub chain recognition.
